Prurigo nodularis treated with homeopathy...

This is a case study of Mr AKH (pin number: 12739) 37 years old male patient who reported to the clinic with complaints of nodular eruptions all over the body, more intense on forehead and scalp. He suffered from severe itching+++ with watery discharge from eruptions on scalp and forehead. There was bleeding after scratching. Itching was so intense that the patient would not wait for a second, he was continuously scratching on his scalp while taking the case. Most of the lesions on the body were dry and masked with the use of immunosuppressant. All his complaints used to increase due to change in weather and sun exposure. Dr Shah examined him and diagnosed it as Prurigo Nodularis. His appetite has diminished. He was very fond of dal and rice and he had a strong aversion to fish. He was addicted to take 5-6 packets of tobacco everyday. He used to sweat a lot esp. on face. He was sensitive to hot climate. He lived with his parents and brother. He was eldest among the siblings. He was married with 2 kids. He was working in a very reputed company as a sales manager; few years ago a fraud had taken place in his company due to which he had gone under lot of stress. There was guilt in his mind that he could have prevented this and saved his company from a huge loss. He always avoided fights. He also had fear of being alone at home. He had very good relations with his family members. Based on case details he was prescribed some research based remedy (name eliminated to avoid self prescription by patients). After 4 months of treatment, patient reported with 60% relief in his complaints. He personally visited again just to show Dr Shah personally how much he is in relief after such a long time of suffering. This time he had discontinued using immunosuppressant as well and he was very happy. He is still continuing with the treatment.
