I have been suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia since May 2003. I used to have around 15-20 attacks of trigeminal pain a day, I was on high dose of Gabentine. The pain would last for 15-20 seconds. I have also reduced Gabentine. My trigeminal neuralgia has been relieved to around 80%.
