P. (Patient Identification No- 29554) visited Thane (West) branch on 21st August 2016 complaining discomfort due to corn. She suffered from recurrent development of corn on both her feet since last fifteen years, and the recurrence and discomfort increased since last one year. She had suffered from the development of thick concentric skin on her second and third toe of the right foot, which was one mm to two mm in diameter. In addition to this, she suffered unbearable pain and burning while walking. She took allopathic treatment for fifteen years.
Besides this, she also suffered from obesity and hypertension issues. She was seeking regular treatment for hypertension which was under control.
Mrs. H. P. preferred mixed diet but had a great craving for spicy food. She used to perspire more on her palms and soles. She was quite sensitive to heat.
She lived in a joint family. Her husband and son were in service. She was housewife. Her family consisted of her son, daughter in law, sister in law, and mother in law. Interpersonal relationship among all family members was not that good.
