Your medicine gave me much relief from my trigeminal neuralgia pain. Within 10 days after starting the medicines, I got about 80% relief. Now I am feeling about 90% relief. Before I started your medicines I was suffering from intense pain continously for 2 months (inspite of taking Mezetol). After 10 days of taking your medicines The pain came down substantially. Within these 2 months of taking your medicines, I got some pain about 3 times(but not very severe). I was and am on Tegretol 200mg (1-1/2-1). Whenever I tried to reduce it to 1-0-1, I found that the pain increased the next day and so am continuing with my previous dosage.

I have now been undergoing treatment with your medications for a little over 3 years, for the vitiligo on my face. I must say that there has been a vast improvement in my spots, although the ones by my eyes are the most stubborn. However, the spots on my cheeks are much better and almost gone. It is responding but slowly and there is improvement. 30-35% color is back. My vitiligo is not spreading. Thank God and you Dr Shah there is improvement and I hope i will fully recover soon . I am seeing a re-pigmentation.
