I, ADJ, from India, was suffering from severe constipation since last 6-7 years. It was associated with generalized weakness and heaviness in the abdomen. I was facing difficulty in gaining weight. My stools were semi-solid, sticky, hard and required straining. It was associated with low appetite, low feeling and vague body aches. Due to these complaints I was mentally sad and depressed, would have lot of negative thoughts. I was losing interest in my studies. Within 3 months of starting the treatment, I could experience a very good response. My constipation was much better, hardness of stools reduced, there was infrequent fullness of abdomen and stools would only be occasionally unsatisfied. The weakness and low feeling reduced, depression was much better. I started having positive thoughts and my interest in studies also improved. With 8 months of treatment; My appetite improved and there was gradual weight gain. The stools were much satisfied and normal in consistency with no cosntipation. The depression and negative thoughts reduced and my approach to wards life became more positive.

There is 50% improvement. Previously I used to avoid cold drinks, juices and ice creams as I used to immediately get blocked nose, runny nose and cold symptoms on having them. But now I can take cold drinks, juices and ice creams. Cold symptoms are less. 

I think my sinus problem has stopped spreading but still not completely cured. I often have the symptoms everyday intermittently, but the frequency of colds has reduced and the severity has come down considerably. The runny nose remains for sometime and then disappears.
