Incredible Recovery From Cheilitis Found With Homeopathy In 9 Months
A 34-year-old lady (PIN: 35698) visited Life Force on 13th February 2018 for her complaint of cheilitis. She was suffering from the complaint of cheilitis for three years, but it was progressive for six months. There was severe dryness affecting her lips. The outer skin of her lips was peeled off. Due to the dryness, cracks and itching were present. But, there was no bleeding. Sometimes, the patient felt a burning sensation on her lip and she had the tendency to lick her lips frequently to moist it.
Additionally, she was also suffering from the complaint of acne, hair fall, and warts.
She followed a vegetarian diet. Her appetite was average. She had no specific liking and disliking with regards to the food. Her thirst was less. Thermally, she was comfortable in all weathers. Her perspiration was normal. Her sleep was disturbed. Her menses were also regular.
She had a 2-year-old daughter. She was working in a chemical company, and her husband was working in a private company. They lived in a nuclear family.
The patient was average by the build. On inquiring about her nature, she was confident and bold in nature. She was clever and expressive.
The patient had a history of axillary warts in the past. In 2014, she had PCOD complaint. Cholecystectomy had done in her history.
As per her family medical history, her father was suffering from Lichen planus, and her mother had hypertension.
After reviewing the patient’s case in detail, she was prescribed Bryonia 30 and a few research-based medicines. She was also advised to check her iron, vitamin D3, and vitamin B12 levels to rule out any other possibility of deficiency. Dietary recommendations were also given in order to support the treatment.
Follow-Ups:
The patient visited the clinic for the first follow-up on 31st March 2018. She happily mentioned that she was symptomatically better. Her itching had reduced by 50%, and her burning sensation was totally cured. Her other symptoms, such as the peeling of lips and cracks, had also reduced to 25%. As per her feedback, further medicines were prescribed her for the next six weeks. In her reports, her vitamin D was low, so she was also advised to have the vitamin D supplement.
After six months of her treatment on 15th October 2018, she reported a very good improvement in her condition. Dryness and peeling of her lips had improved by more than 75%. Her relief from all other symptoms, such as itching, burning, cracks, and frequent licking tendency of lips, had also improved a lot. She had already completed her vitamin D course. The patient was very happy with the result.
On 11th February 2019. The patient visited the clinic and mentioned that there was a good improvement in her condition. She had faced some dryness on her lips in December and January. This was possibly due to the winter weather. Except for this, her condition was under control. She has not faced any complaint. Besides cheilitis, her recovery from acne and hair fall had also improved by more than 75%. But, her warts were as it is.
