53 years old retired senior Merchant Navy officer Mr. J. C. (Patient Identification Number - 20210) visited our clinic on 6th November 2012. He was suffering from Piles since past 4 months for which he had undergone a surgery 2 months ago which did not prove to be helpful. Post surgery he had developed mild fissure in that area.
