A 45-year-old male from Mumbai, Mr. R. T. (PIN: 39195) started treatment from Life Force Homeopathy for his complaint of Piles on 19th March 2019.
The patient was suffering from piles for 1 year. He was experiencing burning pain with bleeding after passing the stool. It used to happen once a month, but, for the past few days, it was happening daily. His stools were very hard and unsatisfactory. The patient had to apply a lot of pressure to pass the stool. He was taking allopathic medicines but didn’t experience much relief. He also complained of acidity, for which he was taking antacids on an SOS basis.
Physical Generals:
The patient had irregular eating habits. He loved eating non-vegetarian and spicy food. He was eating vegetables in a very less quantity. His thirst was average. The patient had no issues related to the urine. His stool was hard, and he had to apply pressure while passing the stool. His sleep was normal and refreshing.
Psychological and Family Make-Up:
The patient was an electrical contractor by profession. His wife was a teacher. He had one son and daughter, and both were studying in school. He was very friendly and talkative. He was also very perfect regarding his work and things, and he often used to get irritated if things were not in place.
Self and Family’s Medical History:
The patient had no other illnesses in the past. His mother and father suffered from joint pains.
At Life Force:
After studying the case in detail, Dr. Shah prescribed Nitric acid 30 and some research-based homeopathic medicines to the patient. He was also advised diet to follow along with the medicines.
Follow-Ups:
On 3rd September 2019, the patient reported that he was feeling much better with the medicines. The pain around the anus had reduced. The bleeding episode had reduced than before. The stools were soft and satisfactory. He no longer suffered from hard stool or straining. The patient was overall improving with medicines.
On 15th January 2020, the patient updated that he was almost 50% to 60% better with the medicines. He had no episode of bleeding now. The pain and burning around the anus were very minimal. His constipation reduced to a great extent, and his stools were normal and satisfactory. The patient was a lot happy with the recovery.
On 31st August 2020, the patient reported that he was further medicines with the homeopathic medicines. No episode of bleeding bothered him in the past few months. The consistency of his stools was normal. The pain was very minimal after passing the stool. He was not taking any other medicines and was only on homeopathic treatment.
On 3rd March 2021, the patient updated that he was almost 90% better with the homeopathic medicines. He no longer experienced pain or burning sensation around the anus. The hard stool was no longer present. The bleeding had stopped completely. He was feeling perfectly a lot better and normal.
