Predisposition & Susceptibility Towards Chalazion Successfully Corrected With Homeopathy By Dr. Shah At Life Force

Miss J.K.M. (PIN: 36169) visited Life Force on 18th April 2018 with the complaint of chalazion, which she was suffering from 4-5 months. During her case taking, she mentioned that initially she had slight pain and swelling around her chalazion and that had reduced recently. She had a chalazion on her left upper eyelid. She reported a history of using various allopathic treatments but got no desired positive effect, so she stopped them all. The patient mentioned that constant use of the contact lens can be the triggering factor for the same.

After studying the case history in detail and evaluating her symptoms, Dr. Shah prescribed medicines along with certain tips, for a healthy diet and well-being, to the patient.

Follow-Ups:

In the first two follow-ups, after every 6 weeks, there was not much improvement in her condition nor the size or the number of chalazia.

In the third follow-up, the patient experienced an improvement of about 20%. The chalazion had further reduced by 20% as compared to its size noticed during the case taking.

In August 2018, during the 4th follow-up, there was further improvement of 25%-30% in the relief in a chalazion. The size of the patient’s chalazion had reduced further.

In September 2018, the size of chalazion had further reduced. The redness had further reduced to a great extent. No new chalazion had appeared, and the recovery from the existing chalazion showed improvement.

In October to December 2018, the size of chalazion had increased, but no new chalazion had appeared. The swelling and redness were witnessed during this period.

In January 2019, the patient mentioned that the chalazion’s size had again reduced to some extent without any complaint of swelling or redness.

Up to April 2019, the chalazion was as it is as compared to that of what it was January. No further improvement was observed. No further degradation was observed. No new chalazion had appeared, and the patient’s condition was stable.

In May 2019, the chalazion began to show further signs of improvement in the reduction of its size again, and it continued to show improvement thereafter.

By 17th August 2019, the patient’s chalazion dissolved to a good extent. The chalazion reduced by 80%, and all the associated complaints had reduced remarkably. No new chalazion had appeared.

By November 2019, the chalazion had completely dissolved and the patient was doing good.
