Nephrotic Syndrome Cortisone (steroid) dependent and resistant

In our practice at Life Force, we have treated over 550 cases of Nephrotic Syndrome, as on December 2011. Almost one third of them tend to be either dependent on / or resistant to cortisone.

Simultaneous use of homeopathic treatment in the early stages of Nephrotic Syndrome is found be to be useful in avoiding dependency on cortisone, many cases.

It must be clearly understood by the patients, parents and physicians that dependency on cortisone and subsequently, resistance to cortisone is a greater challenge than Nephrotic Syndrome itself.

Cortisone resistance and dependent Nephrotic Syndrome requires Cyclophosphamide as a medicine as a next line of treatment. Cyclophosphamide is powerful medicine having several adverse effects.
