A 39-years-old married male patient, Mr. P.J. (PIN 34706) visited at Life Force center on 9th December 2017 with the symptoms of recurrent abdominal pain and acidity. He had the complaint of rectal polyp and bowel tumour in the past. In his family, his father was suffering from osteoarthritis, cardiomyopathy, and diabetes. His mother was suffering from varicose veins, & his sister had underactive thyroid. His grandfather had diabetes, and his uncle had CA pancreas.

He was doing a job in private sector. His wife was also working in private sector. He had a seven years old daughter. His father lived in Lucknow, & his mother was a homemaker. His sister was married in Bangalore.

By nature, he was very gentle, introvert, and mild. He couldn’t tolerate mess. He didn’t like unorganized people. He liked sports a lot.
