A 5-year-old boy, Master V.S. (PIN: 41347) started treatment from Life Force Homeopathy for his complaint of frequent colds on 2nd October 2019.
He was suffering from discomforting frequent colds for 2 years. The child was experiencing cold episodes three times a month. It used to last for 5 to 6 days. It would start usually with a runny nose, sneezing, and a nose block. The cough was dry initially and, after 2 to 3 days, it was a productive cough. Often, the child would experience breathlessness during the episode. Fever was present occasionally. He was given allopathic medicines during acute episodes.
Physical Generals:
The child had an average appetite, but it often would get reduced during acute cold episodes. He loved eating non-vegetarian food. His thirst for water was average. He had no complaints related to the urine and stool. The child’s sleep was normal and refreshing.
Psychological and Family Make-Up:
He was studying in school. His father was working in MNC. His mother was a dentist. The child was very mischievous and naughty. He was very impulsive and often used to hit other kids in anger.
Self and Family’s Medical History:
There were no other major illnesses noticed in his past and his family.
At Life Force:

Follow-Ups:
On 15th January 2020, the patient’s parents reported that he was overall better with the medicines. He was almost 20% to 30% better now. The frequency of episodes had reduced now. He got an episode of cold once in the last 2 months. Sneezing and runny nose discomforts were less than before. A mild cough was present during the episode. He was given antibiotics once in the last 2 months. The child was gradually improving with the homeopathic medicines.
On 19th June 2020, the patient’s parents updated that the child was further better with the medicines. The frequency and duration of attacks were less than before. He got a cold episode only once in the last four months. It was very mild. He did not require any allopathic medicines and his cold settled in a few days. He was overall better with the medicines.
On 8th January 2021, the patient’s parents reported that the child was better than before. He got one episode before 20 days, and he was required to give allopathic medicines. On 5th May 2021, the patient’s parents reported that the child was perfectly fine. The child got no episode of cold after January 2021. He was perfectly fine, and no symptoms were present now. The patient’s parents were very happy with the recovery.
On 25th November 2021, the patient’s parents updated them that he was perfectly fine with the medicines. The child had no cold episodes in the last 10 months. He used to experience a few sneezes off and on; other than that, the child is perfectly fine without any complaints. His health was overall improved with the medicines.
