After 11 months of treatment she had completely recovered from her Psoriasis

Mrs. B. K. S, a 36 years old female (Patient Identification Number – 6875) visited our clinic on 17th July, 2004 for her Psoriasis.

She had been suffering from Psoriasis since 3 years. It had started with the palms and then spread on the whole body. It had rapidly spread all over body in 8 months. The patches were dry, scaly and itchy. She had taken conventional medicines consisting of steroids and methotrexate in the past, but they gave temporary relief.

She also complained of irregular and scanty menses since 3 – 4 years. She had not taken any medication. She also had mild complaints of Migraine since 15 years. It would affect her once a month. There would be heaviness and nausea before headache.

Her appetite was average. She liked spicy food. She had a habit of taking tea 5 – 6 times in a day. Her thirst was less. She was sensitive to hot temperature.

She stayed in a nuclear family with her husband and 2 sons. She was previously staying in a joint family.

She was stressed few years back due to family issues. She was in a joint family previously. In anger she would hit her sons and then repent. She was sensitive. Her mother and grandmother were suffering from high blood pressure. Her grandfather had cancer.

Her case details were analyzed in detail by Dr. Shah and prescribed Carcinosin 200 along with some research based medicines. She was explained regarding mild increase in her symptoms as she had taken immunosuppressant.

After 5 months (31st December 2004) of medication she reported with 40% improvement. The itching had reduced. The cracks and scaling were also better.

After 10 months (7th May 2005) of medication there was over all 70% improvement. Her soles were better by 90% and palms better by 80%. The cracks were healed. The itching was almost nil.

After 14 months (26th September 2005) of treatment she reported with 99% improvement in soles and 95% in palms.

After 2 years medication (27th July 2006) she had been suffering from mild flare ups of Psoriasis on palms and soles, but they were effectively managed by accurate administration of medication by Dr. Shah. She had been overall feeling healthy and happy with the treatment and was dedicatedly taking the medicines as per instructions.

She reported after 4 years on 10th January, 2010 with moderate relapse of palms and soles Psoriasis since 6 months. Now she had had itching, painful cracks. She had been facing some menopausal problem since 6 months. She also complained of joint pains and stiffness. Her migraine had also resurfaced. She had visited Dr. Shah will complete faith for once again relieving her of her complaints.

As we had her old case details, the case was reviewed by Dr. Shah and she was prescribed the medicines.

After 11 months of treatment she had completely recovered from her Psoriasis.
