HIV Positive treated, whose CD4 count increased significantly (documented)

Mr. R. P. (PIN Number L-9603) was referred to our clinic by an NGO. He is a 36 years old, stout person, detected to be HIV Positive. He was suffering from frequent infections like fevers, recurrent colds and frequent loose motions since seven years and on investigations was diagnosed as HIV Positive. Currently he was on tablet Septran for colds and loose motions. He was on a regular dose of B complex. Quite often he would suffer from oral ulcers and headaches. There was history of jaundice twice in the last 2 years. He had suffered from Koch’s in 2003 from which he recovered completely. He was known to be a very irritable and short tempered person. He had frequent quarrels with his wife and parents. He considered his wife as illiterate and unsophisticated. He was having an affair with a lady from his office. He would go with her for short trips, if his wife objected, then he would shout on her. On being diagnosed as HIV positive he did his wife’s test, which also came positive. He had a liking for salty food and non veg food. He had headaches on going out in the sun. Dr. Shah studied his case details and the patient has been given Dr Shah’s research based medicine on HIV. He is under regular treatment since the last one year. The colds have reduced considerably. The headaches are less, now. There are no complaints of oral ulcers. The CD4 reports are as below. It shall be noted that there was an initial reduction in the count(in Aug07), which is followed by a marked increase in the CD4 count(in Nov 08).
