The Sleeplessness condition has improved and now I am able to sleep (get 5-6 hr of sleep in the night with medicine). The feeling of depression has improved and negative thoughts have subsided by 50%. To sum up, I am seeing improvement in my sleeping pattern and condition is definitely improving.
