He had been affected at the forearms and scalp. The forearms spot had recovered from homeopathic medicines from the local doctor. The scalp spots were since 1 year. He had been applying few steroid based creams by which the active spots had subsided. There was itching and scaling. It had triggered due to change of place and weather.

He was also suffering from Migraine. His migraine was too chronic; more than 30 years. It was once in 2 months for a day with severe intensity. It would start from occipital and radiate until frontal region. It would trigger due to lack of sleep. He would take pain killer as and when required and it would subside.

He had a special craving for sweets. The perspiration was profuse, generalized and would leave stain.

He was working as a higher administrative officer in a well known company. His wife was a bank employee. He had 2 sons, aged 22 years and 17 years studying respectively. His mother was 82 years aged and staying with them.

He was reserved and responsible by nature. He was irritable and short tempered, but did not like to have unnecessary arguments. He would often express his anger by shouting and the repent on it. His relations with parents were in cordial as his father was a alcoholic and did not take much care of them. His mother would always complain and grumble. He was sensitive and emotional and did not like any contradiction.

He had suffered from Malaria in childhood.

His father had died due to liver cirrhosis. His mother was suffering from diabetes and eczema.

His case was studied in detail and was prescribed few research based medicines by Dr. Shah.

On 9th December he reported with 10 – 20% improvement in his scalp Psoriasis. The scaling was present, but in lesser intensity. The Migraine was also considerably better. The frequency and intensity had reduced. His case was reviewed and medicines upgraded accordingly by Dr. Shah.

After 8 months of medication he reported on 26th April – ‘slow progress but definite improvement’. Migraine had also reduced further.
