My name is Mr. Manishkumar Mishra. I have started treatment of Urticaria for my child Mast Kartik Mishra(5 years age) PIN 33099. I started the treatment on 8 th August 2017, since then day by day with the medicines he is feeeling better nowadays.            Yes, I must appreciate the response of Thane staff Dr Anuja & front desk staff Veena. When I wanted to talk to Dr. Anuja the front desk staff easily connected my call to Dr. Anuja. She attends very calmly and I personally called 3-4 times. But she attended my call and replied my query. I also met Dr. Shah he talked to us very calmly and listened to my issues and my queries and answered all the queries in very good manner and not in a complicated way. Thank You.
