My urticaria has shown 75% improvement. There have been some minor occurrences in the past week or so, after the weather started warming up again. It has been fine otherwise.

I, ADJ, from India, was suffering from severe constipation since last 6-7 years. It was associated with generalized weakness and heaviness in the abdomen. I was facing difficulty in gaining weight. The depression and negative thoughts reduced and my approach to wards life became more positive.

There is 50 percent improvement in the colitis. The disease has slowed down.
