Incredible Recovery From Lichen Planus Found In A Few Months With Homeopathy At Life Force

A 47-year-old female, Mrs. K.K.S. (PIN: 37412) consulted for her Lichen Planus at Life Force on 16th July 2018. She had developed hyperpigmented, scattered irregular spots on her abdomen, both the legs, both the thighs, & back from the last one year. It was suppressed with the help of steroid medicines but, after she stopped using steroid medicines, her disease relapsed and was progressing from one month. Her lesions had started with red maculopapular eruptions with severe uncontrolled itching and scratching which led to bleeding. It was clinically diagnosed as Lichen Planus. Besides this, she was also suffering from dermatitis on her palm and sole for 12 days. For that, she was not taking medicine.

We treat patients from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE & 180 more countries. Get an expert opinion on your ailment, click here to ask Dr. Shah's team directly.

She had fair skin and was tall. She was a non-vegetarian by diet. She desired sweets and was fond of chocolate. Her thirst was average. Her perspiration was offensive and used to occur mainly on her back. Her bowel movements were regular. Her menses were regular. Her sleep was disturbed and interrupted. She didn’t see any peculiar dreams.

She was a homemaker. Her husband was running a business in Gujrat. Her son had completed his graduation and was looking for a job. Her daughter was unmarried and was doing the job in a private company.

She had an underactive thyroid, hypertension, acidity, and some ophthalmic complaint in her past medical history. There was no specific family medical history.

By nature, she was nervous and reserved. She informed that, before marriage, she was very vivacious but, after marriage, due to her conservative in-laws and workaholic husband, she changed totally. She was very anxious and worried about her family. Her husband lived in Gujrat due to his business, so she was emotionally deprived.

Dr. Shah studied her case in detail and prescribed her research-based molecule and advised some blood tests.

In her blood reports, her TSH was very high and she had a severe vitamin deficiency. So, she started a new treatment for her underactive thyroid and she has advised some vitamins supplement with homeopathic medicine.

    Follow-Ups:

On 3rd September 2018, when she visited our center for a follow-up, her relief from the complaints had started to show very good improvement. All her spots had shown a 70% improvement in the terms of recovery, and her itching had also subsided. She was continuing her conventional steroid medicine for one week. She had experienced a complete recovery from her dermatitis.

A few months later on 14th December 2018, when the patient visited our center, her condition had improved drastically. All her eruptions were more than 80% improved in terms of recovery. No new spots had appeared. But, itching was present on her hands and back. She was also responding well to her underactive thyroid treatment. Her TSH had reduced, and she reported improved energy levels.

On 12th June 2019, she visited us and reported 85% improvement. Only a few spots were active on her hands, except for this, all other spots were totally cured. Only dull hyperpigmented spots were remaining. Mild itching was present on her hands and legs. She was advised to apply coconut oil on her affected skin area. Her TSH level had also reduced a lot. She improved symptomatically. Her energy level improved a lot.

The patient is still continuing the homeopathic treatment from Life Force for further improvement.

    Conclusion:
This case highlights that homeopathy is highly effective in treating lichen planus successfully and safely without any side-effects.
