    33 years old, Mr. H. J. D. visited Life Force on 29th September 2011. His patient identification number is 17127. He had been suffering from Lichen Planus since 6 months. It was scattered and spread on the genitals, back, abdomen, hands, palms, thighs, feet and oral cavity. It was gradually increasing and spreading. There was no itching in the spots as he had been applying steroid creams since past 2 months. He was also taking oral conventional tablets.

    His appetite was average. He did not have any specific liking or disliking. He could tolerate both the extremes of temperature. His thirst, perspiration was normal. His bowels were satisfactory. His sleep was sound and refreshing.

    He was residing in Silvasa. He was maintenance in charge of a pipe manufacturing company. His wife was a teacher in a government school. He stayed in a joint family with parents and younger brother’s family.

    His father and younger brother were in the hotel business. His mother and younger brother’s wife were homemakers.

    He was calm, quiet and reserved. He would often suppress his anger. His anger would be long-lasting. He had anxiety related to finances. He was ambitious. He would adjust according to the circumstances.

    He had been diagnosed with tuberculosis 8 years back and he had taken conventional medicines for treatment.

    All his family members were apparently healthy.

    His case details were studied by Dr. Shah and prescribed a research-based medicine.

    He reported on 12th November with mild improvement in Lichen Planus. The oral LP had shown around 10% improvement. The skin and genitals LP were stable. There was no spread. His prescription was upgraded by Dr. Shah.

    He reported on 3rd February with further improvement in oral and genital LP. The skin LP was also considerably recovering. There were no new spots.

    He reported on 7th June with around 40% improvement. The oral, genitals and skin LP had further improvement. There was no itching. Most of the spots were into healing.

    He reported on 17th October with further improvement. There was no itching. There was no active spot. All the spots were healing. His case was reviewed and medicines were upgraded by Dr. Shah.

    He visited on 29th March with overall 80% improvement. The spots on the hands, thighs, feet, abdomen, back, genitals and oral cavity had further improved.

    He visited on 19th September 2013 with all the spots healed. There were only dark pigmented healed spots. No active spots were present. He was very happy and satisfied with the treatment.

    He is continuing with the medicines as maintenance and to reduce the chances of relapses.
