Case-1

This is a case of Mr. S. K. 41 (Patient Ref. No.: S-5269) year old male suffering with genital herpes. The herpes eruptions would worsen when he used to travel to hot countries. The consumption of spicy as well as non vegetarian food also would worsen his complaints. He also noticed that alcohol as well as garlic used to make his condition worse.

With this he was diagnosed to have oligospermia as well. His wife had been examined for herpes infection and it had turned out to be negative.

He used to be very anxious about his condition of herpes infection. He was recently married and was extremely worried as to what if this infection is transmitted to his wife and ultimately to his child.

Follow up details:
After starting the treatment the herpetic eruptions on the genitals were of much milder form. He is now able to eat all kinds of food without any problem. He reported that he used to have very severe form of eruptions prior to starting the treatment.

There were episodic mild eruptions but these were self limiting and used to heal within 4-5 days. These relapses were brought about mainly when he used to be too anxious of getting the herpetic eruptions. On other occasions the herpetic eruptions were brought after the consumption of beer and chicken.

His wife has recently delivered a baby boy, who is absolutely asymptomatic as well. The patient is currently absolutely asymptomatic. There are no herpetic eruptions currently. However the patient commented that he does get a few eruptions where ever he is exposed to hot and humid climate. With this his fear and anxiety that he would have an outbreak or a relapse has also gone down which enables him to lead a much more happier life.

Remark: The uncertainty of the disease, non availability of an adequate solution, and the fear that this would pass on to his family members as well had made his life miserable. Thanks to the healing action of this gentle science of Homeopathy.
