I have been under treatment of Dr. Shah for last two years for Migraine and Thyroid. My Migraine attacks used to be severe with vomiting and frequency would be at least 5-6 times a month. I have been taking the medicine you sent for last 3 months or so. I am much better now with slight constipation now and then but on the whole I would say I am better. Thanks

There is no swelling. She has cough only once and it gets better in just a few days. My daughter's Nephrotic syndrome is very much improved now after Dr Shah's treatment.
