Certainly my skin condition has improved much; however, if I eat too much cereal, sugar or even fruit, it tends to recur- not as badly, but it is still there. I will continue with the restricted diet. My general health is also much better and I have much less asthma and bronchial reactions to airborn allergens and smoke - we have lots of fires here in Australia at the moment, horror weather! My Rheumatoid Arthritis is getting better. Body is responding well to the treatment so far. Disease has not spread any further.
