I am responding well to medication. All spots stopped spreading. Most spots had become relatively more red in colour by about 40 percent. Most spots seem to have undergone repigmentation by about 40%, the tougher ones by only about 15%. But all stopped spreading.

The vitiligo spots on the face have improved like a 99.9%. The disease has stopped spreading on the face. There are no spots right now. In the knees and ankles the spots have improved by about 50%. I noticed a very big improvement in the last months. Twice I had existing spots which rose again, but it became flat the following day. I would say that my lichen is 90% gone. Only the scars remained, but they are fading slowly. The lichen planus has definitely stopped spreading. The oral lichen planus has improved a lot as well. Now I can brush my teeth easily, can eat most of the food, even though I am still very careful with spicy food. But when I eat hot and spicy food, I noticed that I do not feel the burning sensation as strongly as before. The black spots are fading slowly on my arms and ampits,on my neck, my back and stomach.
