Conclusion:

Lichen planus is an immune system-triggered skin disorder. Homeopathy works best in treating the cases of immunity triggered disorders. Also, homeopathy is the practice that believes in the use of the minimum amount of medication to evoke the healing response in the body. Normal medications have been known to cause numerous side-effects, but, homeopathy, on the other hand, works on to prevent any sort of side-effect, thus promoting recovery safely. Compared to conventional treatment which includes various corticosteroids, homeopathic treatment is Natural, Safe, and offers longer-lasting results.
